Rebecca Cool Collection

Rebecca Cool is a West Australian artist and children's book illustrator.  She lives on a rural property on the Margaret River, WA with her partner where elements of her everyday life (such as animals and gardens) continue to inspire her work.  Rebecca studied at the Claremont School of Fine Art and Freemantle College and she has participated in many group and solo exhibitions throughout WA.  Rebecca's work is instantly recognisable, it features a combination of acrylic paint and fabric collage, and her strong, colourful works have a naïve charm reminiscent of European folk art.
